Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or similar customer-focused roles
Demonstrated success in cultivating trust-based partnerships that lead to long-term business relationships
Experience coordinating cross-functional resources for seamless implementations and exceptional customer experiences
Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes
