Manager, Account Follow-Up Services

We are seeking a Manager for our Account Follow-Up Services team. This role involves leading a team to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on client accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Account Follow-Up Team : Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance goals.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies : Create plans to improve account follow-up processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics : Track key indicators to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Train and Mentor Staff : Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaborate Across Departments : Work with other teams to resolve account issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle Escalated Issues : Address complex account problems and implement solutions.
  • Prepare Reports : Generate regular reports on team performance and account statuses for senior management.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities : Analyze processes to find and implement enhancements.
  • Stay Informed : Keep up with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in account management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
