Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented entry-level attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the law. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of cases and issues

- Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters

- Participate in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials

- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support on complex legal matters

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the firm or its clients

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining case files and organizing documents

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the Hawaii State Bar

- Strong academic record

- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in legal research and case management software is a plus
