Construction Estimator

Position overview

The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, while actively supporting sales efforts with owners, builders, and general contractors. The role combines estimating, client-facing sales, and regular travel to job sites to help secure and deliver profitable work.

Key responsibilities additions

• Participate in sales activities, including responding to leads, meeting with clients, and explaining estimates, options, and value engineering ideas to help win projects.
• Prepare and present proposals in a professional, customer-oriented manner, following up on bids to answer questions and close work.
• Travel regularly to job sites for walk-throughs, pre-bid meetings, scope reviews, and turnover meetings, including both residential and commercial locations.
• Represent the company professionally in the field and with clients, helping build long-term relationships and repeat business.
