A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Process inbound calls related to bank products and services, resolving customer inquiries independently
De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining adherence to service metrics
Assist customers with digital banking services and maintain knowledge of banking products and policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial institutions
Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to virtual environments
