Compensation :

$120,000 performance-based

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

  • Work with individuals, families, and small businesses to create customized financial strategies (protection, retirement planning, and wealth-building solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships in the fast-growing Central Florida market.
  • Use New York Life’s digital tools and marketing resources to expand your practice.
  • Participate in mentorship, study groups, and continuous learning opportunities.

  • Strong people skills, self-discipline, and drive to succeed.
  • Experience in teaching, sales, business ownership, management, or community leadership is highly transferable.

    • Commission-based compensation with benefits available for eligible full-time agents. 2024 average income for top-performing Financial Professionals exceeded $120,000 (not guaranteed; performance-based).
