This role is hands-on, visible, and accountable. If you prefer managing through reports, meetings, or layers of insulation, this is not the job for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Building, developing, and retaining a high-performance sales team.

• Setting clear expectations, coaching in real time, and holding people accountable—consistently

• Driving operational excellence across new and pre-owned sales.

• Translating strategy into daily execution on the showroom floor and in the service drive.

• Creating a culture where high standards are the norm and high performance is rewarded.

• Protecting and strengthening a long-standing family-owned brand built on trust and integrity.

• Maintaining an excellent partnership with Toyota.

How You’ll Lead:

• You are present. Your team sees you, hears you, and feels your leadership.

• You coach, train, and develop—especially when it’s uncomfortable.

• You don’t pass the buck, blame the market, or hide behind excuses.

• You set the bar high and help your people clear it
