A company is looking for a MyChart Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by handling phone calls, chat inquiries, and ticket submissions
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
Participate in training and development to progress from Agent in Training to a full-time agent role
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Previous experience with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
Strong PC troubleshooting skills and call center experience preferred
Ability to work in a quiet, secluded home office environment
