Are you a flexible leader who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment? You might be exactly who we need as our next restaurant manager. We're looking for someone who can manage the financial and operational aspects of our high-volume restaurant. You will recruit, hire, and train staff who can give our diners an exceptional experience. You must ensure that all local, state, and federal rules are followed by the restaurant. Our ideal candidate has previous food service experience with 2-3 years of which are in a managerial role. If you are ready to bring your energy and leadership to our fun team, apply today!

Compensation :

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
  • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
  • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management
  • Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions
  • Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs

Qualifications :

  • Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
  • This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
  • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
