About Role:

As a Server, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In addition to taking orders and delivering food, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our diverse food and drink menu, providing recommendations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Be punctual and on-time.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor.
• Educate and engage guests about the company brand.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers' needs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid food handler’s permit; alcohol serving license preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• 18+ years of age.
