CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist to join our Corporate - Marketing Team from our office in either Colonie, NY; Syracuse, NY; Norwell, MA; Hartford, CT; Silver Spring, MD; Reading, PA; or any other CHA office location. The right candidate may have the option of working remotely from home.

CHA's corporate groups support our technical sectors and market teams with financial, legal, business development and marketing, human resources, information technology and operational services to meet our clients' evolving needs.

The S r. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist at CHA plays an integral role on our Marketing Team by driving all marketing-related activities for our Power Sector's Utility Infrastructure Team. The professional in this role takes pride in managing relationships with their clients and leads proposal efforts from kick-off through proposal submission, provides value-added input on strategy and content – keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA's response meets all RFP requirements.

Alongside their team, the professional in this role prepares the framework and writes/drafts key proposal sections for the pursuit team. They participate and coordinate the routine marketing strategy calls as well as the scheduling of proposal debrief calls. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist updates the marketing database and collateral on a regular basis to certify that the most updated information is saved and works with the Communications and Graphics team to ensure collateral is accurate and meets the team's need.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Buisiness or related preferred or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience required
• Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish
• Experience in the AEC industry a plus
• Demonstrated writing, editing and formatting skills
• Proven to be client-focused
• Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout
• Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint
• Outgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starter
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with online procurement websites a plus
• Knowledge of Deltek or similar a plus
• Minimal travel (at least once per year to annual marketing meeting)
