A company is looking for a Technical Install Engineer who will provide support for solutions tailored to individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the installation, configuration, and activation of on-premises equipment in customer facilities

Support the Tier 1 team with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to on-premise equipment

Enhance customer experience through effective communication and participation in creating SOPs and knowledge-base articles

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 4+ years of experience in deploying hardware within customer networks

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Proficient in configuring servers, switches, and network devices

Hands-on experience with LAN / WLAN network architecture and troubleshooting WiFi performance
