Assembler

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Harness Board Assembler in Orlando, FL for a 1-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This is an onsite production role building high-density wire-to-board harness assemblies to Class 3 IPC / WHMA-A-620E-S workmanship standards. Candidates must be able to interpret complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings, cut and terminate wires to precise lengths, and complete assemblies using approved crimp tooling and torque methods.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of harness board / wire harness assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
• Strong proficiency with crimping tools and contact termination
• Ability to perform continuity and insulation testing
• Experience with soldering and workmanship verification
• Ability to torque backshells and verify torque requirements
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
• Ability to sit or stand at a harness board for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb
