A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty areas

Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations

Negotiate settlements and interact with various parties involved in the claims process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required

Prior experience in specialty claims area or ability to handle unique claims issues

Must be appropriately licensed or able to obtain necessary licenses / certifications

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
