Your Responsibilities - What You'll Do

• Conduct standard and advanced clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, resolve discrepancies, and execute preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory machinery.
• Assist in gathering samples and preparing them for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document every procedure, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.
• Promote a safe, clean workspace while strictly following regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your career with us.
