Paratransit services provide a transportation option for those individuals who are unable to use the fixed-route bus system serving their location. It is a flexible, shared ride service designed to accommodate the specific needs of their pre-qualified riders. Operators are compassionate, safety driven professionals who want to make a positive difference in other people's lives.

Paratransit Operator Salary Range :

• $29.84 / hour, during training through 6 months.
• $31.90 / hour, 7 12 months
• $33.94 / hour, 13 24 months
• $36.01 / hour, 25 36 months
• $38.13 / hour, 37+ months - 5 years
• $40.25 / hour +5 to 10 years of service
• $42.37 / hour 10+ years of service
