Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean record required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
• Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
