Visual Merchandising Coordinator needs 3-5 years experience in retail channel with multi-brands approach

Visual Merchandising Coordinator requires :

  • Solid Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills (PIVOT TABLES, V-LOOK UP, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, DATA ANALYSIS & VALIDATION)
  • Adobe CS software OR PPT skills to support graphic layouts
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Data analysis and navigating large complex spreadsheets
  • Understanding of multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution experience

Visual Merchandising Coordinator duties :

  • Provide additional support for graphic requests, with a focus on high-priority, quick-turnaround projects such as the Billboard Project and Review Survey image tracking etc.
  • Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including but not limited to : o Urgent inventory requests o Time-sensitive "hot jobs" o Brand image refreshes based on expiration timelines o Promotional and new store launch assets on short notice
  • Maintain updated crop images from NRR on the code sheet template.
  • Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform.
  • Regularly update project trackers to reflect current progress.
  • Organize and manage job folders for assigned projects.
  • Maintain accurate records in the job tracker for all owned projects.
  • Track and log graphic-related expenditures.
