Position Responsibilities

Guide Uline’s Creative team with strong time management skills, meeting tight schedules in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Oversee the workflow of all projects, including design, print, photography and web.

Collaborate with owners and C‑suite leaders to gain multiple approvals from key stakeholders.

Work independently and with cross‑functional teams while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

15+ years of project management experience, successfully overseeing complex projects in dynamic environments.

10+ years of proven success leading large in‑house teams, optimizing workflows.

Outstanding presentation, communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Team player – ready to roll up your sleeves and be in the details.
