The Position

As a Beauty Care Team Member, you are responsible for helping customers to choose the right product and ensure well-stocked and organized shelves. If you can picture yourself informing customers about hair product details, like ingredients and application methods, and providing recommendations if they are unsure about their hair. Lastly, providing a neat, organized and personal shopping experience, then this job may be for you!

Starting pay starts at $14/hour with raises every 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival.
• Listen to customer feedback and recommend hair care/skin care products based on their preferences.
• Maintain optimal stock on shelves and replenish from warehouse stock if needed.
• Ensure proper presentation and organization on shelves.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized sales floor.

Job Skills

• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of hair and skin care products.
  • (natural hair, braids/locks, color/bleach, texture/porosity)
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.

Job Requirements

• Must be able available to work nights (12/3-8pm) and weekends.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
