The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• CCHP-P Certified preferred but not required.
• DEA Licensure.
• Two (2) years of experience in acute care (ER or hospital-based practice) within the past five years is a plus.
• Two (2) years experience in a correctional health setting is a plus.

San Bernardino County Detention Facility - Rancho Cucamonga, California

• Part of the San Bernardino County Detention Center network.
• The facility provides medical, dental, and mental health services.
• Pre-trial inmates make up a majority of the population.
• Medical care is provided from the time of booking through release and health professionals are on duty 24/7.
• The facility houses inmates with the greatest medical needs and includes two special medical/mental health housing areas staffed around the clock with medical professionals.
