Mailroom Associate

As a Mailroom Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of mail and packages throughout our campus or distribution facilities. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail, supporting internal departments, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and personnel.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other courier services.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments using tracking systems.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and label printers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
• Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies.
• Support special projects and events requiring mail or package logistics.

Work Environment :

The position requires onsite work from Monday to Friday, between 7 : 30am and 4 : 30pm. The work environment is dynamic, inclusive, and innovative, offering opportunities for growth and development within a global brand.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract position based out of Beaverton, OR.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
