What You'll Do:

Oversee key warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping goods so that both inbound and outbound shipments are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data in the ERP system, and ensure all steps follow established company procedures and safety protocols.

Partner with internal teams, external carriers, and third-party logistics providers to schedule, book, and track shipmentsensuring customer orders are delivered as promised.

Organize materials for proper storage, manage documentation for customs when needed, and stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain clear, professional communication with customers, carriers, and team members.

Roll up your sleeves for a range of tasksfrom arranging pallets and final packing, to operating forklifts and supporting other warehouse activities as required.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 4 years in warehouse or logistics roles; experience with logistics coordination is a must.

Forklift certification highly preferred (or the ability to earn it within 30 days).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with customs processes a big plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driven, reliable, and results-focused.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills.

Clear, professional, and effective in both verbal and written communications. Comfortable interfacing with all levels, from internal teams to outbound carriers.

Deep knowledge of and respect for warehouse safety protocols.
