POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making. The Report Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop reports, and provide data insights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Create and maintain reports using various reporting tools and technologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather feedback, and ensure reports meet business needs.
  • Create data visualizations, such as dashboards, charts, and graphs, to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensures that quality control is maintained.
  • Investigate and resolve report-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
  • Research and recommend new reporting tools and technologies to improve report development and delivery.
  • Ensures that TRISTAR processes are being followed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure reports comply with data governance and security policies, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR CLOTHING : None

Education :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or experience in related field.

    • Experience :

  • 2+ years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related field

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Proficiency in reporting tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Jasper Reports
  • Strong SQL writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of application security and data protection best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and data partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

    • Nice to Have :

  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as Postgres
  • Knowledge of Analytic Database such as ClickHouse

    • Mental and Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to handle challenging deadlines and shifting priorities as per business needs.
