The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Napa Solano. Position Highlights

2. Team Composition: 16 surgeons (5 Hand, 4 Total Joint, 4 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 2 Trauma)

3. Collaborative Model: Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants

4. Surgical Focus: Hand – elective and trauma

5. OR Time: 1–2 days per week

6. Call Schedule: ~1 in 16 (Level 2 and 3 community trauma)

7. Dedicated trauma room time available

Details:
Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
