Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Washington : Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) is seeking a full-time, experienced Oncology nurse practitioner to join its team. In this role, you will function as an Oncology provider imbedded within a busy cancer center / infusion center, which has an additional research-focused infusion area. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills as well as experience with a variety of cancer treatment regimens including, infusion reactions, biotherapy, chemotherapy and urgent add-ons for symptom management. Practitioners in the SCI Treatment Center will also be responsible to triage patients from Oncology clinics via an Immediate Care Clinic which is imbedded within the Treatment Center. Live and work in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington.

• 1 to 2 years experience is preferred
• Help build upon a brand-new Immediate Care Oncology clinic model with other APCs
• Work with ongoing rotation to provide 7 days per week coverage at the outpatient infusion center.
• Function independently as an extension of treating physician
• Compensation is between $58.75 and $73.06 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
