Base salary plus tiered, uncapped commissions
Annual compensation potential : $60,000 $100,000 (including base salary + commission)

Licensing Requirements
Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License prior to starting
For unlicensed candidates :
oAgency will reimburse the cost of study materials and exam after 90 days

Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls per day
Call individuals who do not currently have Allstate insurance
Educate prospects on Allstate products and value
One-call close new business when possible
Build strong relationships while helping customers protect what matters most
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Requirement
Prior commissioned sales experience
Currently Hold a Valid NM Property & Casualty Insurance License (or be willing to obtain one prior to starting)
High integrity and professionalism
Comfortable with a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
Confident communicator with strong closing skills
Strategic thinker who is motivated by performance-based earnings
Passion for helping others while earning commissions
Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus
