A company is looking for a Bilingual Premier Brokerage Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly in both English and Spanish
Assist clients with trading and managing service requests for various securities in an inbound call center setting
Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and uncover business opportunities for the Retirement Advisor Team
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
Prior remote work experience preferred
