Position Summary :

As the Tax Technical Mentor at Sensiba, you’ll supervise and train new Associates throughout their first year on the job. By reviewing projects and collaborating with project leaders you’ll identify performance trends and work with members of the learning and development team to support training goals. Technical Mentors will also create and facilitate training, and work on special projects as needed. This is a hands-on role, requiring a high-level of prioritization, collaboration, and organization skills.
