Strategic Account Management Support
Support the Strategic Account Management team in improving productivity and performance through effective account planning, follow up with Key Account Managers to ensure progress and completion of action items, and proper management of key administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Review Account Plans to ensure all required content is complete and current.
Monitor the progress and completion of action items.
Conduct follow-ups with Key Account Managers and relevant stakeholders to confirm task completion.
Escalate any issues requiring management intervention.
Assist in analyzing KAM performance according to Account Plan and PMT objectives.
Contribute to Strategic Account Performance evaluations, as appropriate.

Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.
The hourly wage for this position is $23.50 - $25.00. Candidates are eligible for the following benefit :
one (1) hour of paid sick time for every thirty (30) hrs worked, and up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hrs each calendar yr.
