[job_card.job_description]None Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA certification is preferred, but not required. 3-5 years of accounting experience is preferred. Intermediate to advanced excel skills, and familiarity with medium to large ERP systems required. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience and familiarity with construction or project based accounting preferred, but not required. Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. No work from home is permitted. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds.

Summary :
The Staff Accountant II is responsible for complex accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. This role provides oversight of general ledger activities, prepares key financial analyses, and ensures compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare internal financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Special Projects and audit assistance.
