About the Role:
Clarvida is hiring a
Licensed Psychologist to join our mental health services team in Costa Mesa for our Children's program.
This part-time role(29 hours a week) offers competitive hourly pay, flexibility, supervision responsibilities, and opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will provide individual and group counseling to support personal, social, educational, and vocational development. A majority of your time will be spent on clinical services, including directing or supervising subordinate clinical staff, with occasional administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients to promote behavioral, social, educational, and vocational adjustment
Supervise subordinate clinical staff and provide clinical direction when needed
Collaborate with care teams, families, and community providers
Assist with program development and support activities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited college or university
Registered with the state board as a Psychological Assistant and licensure-eligible upon passing required exams
Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
Proof of education required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Orange County Department of Mental Health
Prior clinical supervision or leadership experience
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range: $43.00–$44.00 per hour
