Power Platform & Operational Data Analyst

***Only qualified Operational Data Analysis Specialist candidates located in the Chattanooga, TN area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Preferred Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Intermediate-level skills in SQL for query building, data manipulation, and interpretation
• Experience in connecting to and integrating multiple data sources with accuracy and consistency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and process efficiency

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience developing automated workflows and business applications using the Power Platform
• Knowledge of data governance, visualization best practices, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with organizational decision-making and workflow analysis

The role involves leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions that support decision-making, streamline workflows, and meet the business and information needs of various programs and processes.

Job Duties:
• Analyze and understand decision-making processes, workflows, and business information needs
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools to meet program and process requirements
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven insights
• Develop, test, and deploy automation using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate data connectivity and integration across various data sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and continuously improve business solutions
