Senior Business Analyst
BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company in the industry, specializing in developing cutting-edge software solutions for businesses. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business needs, ensuring that our software solutions meet the requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design and execute test cases to validate the functionality and usability of software solutions.
