Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Litigation Attorney for our client. This job is responsible for contributing to a structured mentorship-focused legal team, collaborating with experienced attorneys, managing an established book of business, and delivering high-level commercial litigation services while maintaining strong client relationships and professional involvement in the legal community.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

  • Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity. License to practice law in Commonwealth of Kentucky preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Established book of business valued at $200K or more.
  • Experience with business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and / or creditors’ rights helpful.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
