Essential Job Duties

We're looking for a Performance Test Engineer who's passionate about building fast, scalable, and dependable systems. You'll help ensure our platform performs well as our customers and usage grow, partnering closely with engineers to catch performance issues early and make our software better every day.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into system behavior, solving complex problems, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products.

You will :

• Design and run performance, load, stress, and endurance tests that reflect real customer usage
• Identify performance bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
• Partner with Software Engineers, QE, and DevOps to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
• Help define performance benchmarks and success criteria
• Analyze test results and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
• Automate performance tests and integrate them into our CI / CD pipelines
• Monitor application performance trends and help prevent issues before they impact customers
• Continuously improve our performance testing tools, frameworks, and practices
