City Services Auditor

Position Description
This position will assist with completion of multiple requests by city/town auditors, responding to emails and providing documentation requested. In addition, the position will support the inbox coordinator when needed, and will process weekly distribution reports by ensuring the accuracy of the report data and completing notifications required in the process. Job Duties may include: Complete requests from city auditors for desk review files, creating DMS numbers and creating TAS case shells Complete requests for reported histories Process licensing requests from BAU's and JT-1s Manage the City Authorization list, making updates to the list and processing the email requests to add or remove individuals. Will need to manage confidentiality training and access to CORE SFTP Process weekly distribution reports and other reports required by the team, as needed Cover email inbox when needed, assigning tickets and responding to city/towns with response emails
Skills Required
Strong ability to multitask; basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace applications; communicate well both in writing and verbally; great interpersonal skills; retain knowledge easily; creative in problem solving; goal oriented; organized; bias for serving others.
Skills Preferred Spanish-speaking preferred.
Experience Required
Approximately 1-2 years experience in an accounting and finance environment with heavy emphasis on customer support, utilizing enterprise level platforms to conduct daily tasks 65% to 90% in the work day.
Experience Preferred
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and/or Lean is preferred.
Education Required ; High school diploma or equivalent.
Education Preferred : Associates Degree or higher preferred
