Engineering Manager, Notify

Narvar is growing! We are hiring a strong and motivated Engineering Manager who will partner with our product team to develop experiences for our clients and their end consumers.

We are looking for people who will play a meaningful role in amplifying the value of our platform by assuring the seamless development and deployment of our product. You will lead complex technical projects, grow and mentor a high-performing team, and be an integral part of the hiring process.

Day-to-day :

• Design and build highly scalable, extensible, distributed systems through incremental delivery, aligned to a longer-term vision
• Set a high technical bar, driving continuous improvement of software design, coding and quality practices
• Lead the planning of new initiatives including translating requirements into work streams, and assessing and communicating delivery milestones.
• Plan day-to-day activities for the team, working with stakeholders and team members, to balance feature delivery and operational health
• Inform the technical roadmap to address technical debt and improve scalability / extensibility
• Improve operational observability and effectiveness of system monitoring, reporting and alarming
• Guide the team's continuous improvement of the planning and execution processes
• Mentor and grow your teammates

Narvar Pay Range

$180,000 - $230,000 CAD
