Roofing Sales Representative | $110,000–$350,000+ Earning Potential
Three Stone Roofing is the fastest-growing roofing company in Middle Tennessee, and we are actively searching for elite producers who want to be part of a high-performance, winning team. This is not an average sales role — it is an ultra-competitive position for individuals who crave growth, thrive under pressure, and are driven to build a life-changing career. We are looking for candidates with a strong hunter / hustler mindset who refuse to settle for average. We are hiring immediately, and opportunities on this team are very limited.
About the Role
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will represent Three Stone Roofing in the field — building relationships, educating homeowners, generating opportunities, and guiding clients through premium roofing solutions. You will manage your own pipeline with full support from a highly trained, high-performing sales culture.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Prospecting and generating new business, including door-to-door outreach
- Consulting with homeowners
- Inspecting roofs and creating detailed job scopes (training provided)
- Closing deals and overseeing projects from start to finish
- Delivering a white-glove customer experience
- Working within a competitive, sports-minded sales team focused on winning
No roofing experience is required — we provide complete training. However, attitude, drive, and work ethic are mandatory.
