The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Vice President / Director / Managing Director to join the investment team during a critical growth phase. This is a unique chance to move beyond traditional private equity and help build a category-defining platform. The role will focus on origination, due diligence, and execution of transactions that convert trapped capital into its highest and best use.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background :

6-12+ years of experience in special situations private equity , distressed investing, or complex balance sheet transactions.

Skills & Attributes :

Strong analytical and structuring capabilities; ability to navigate complex corporate situations.
