WEBB is currently seeking a Senior Engineer to work in our Land Development Planning & Entitlement Department. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to life-long learning and always expanding their knowledge of their discipline. Associates at WEBB play an active role in the firm's pursuit to reach its goals by not only performing at the top of their game for their specific position, but looking at the bigger picture to assist the firm in meeting its business development goals. Salary range : $123,300 - $197,300

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
• Demonstrate expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Effectively communicate with agencies and clients
• Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
• Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
• Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e., leads by example)
• Demonstrate successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
• Maintain registration as an engineer in the state of California
