Build strong relationships with clients caregivers and families. Address client concerns and ensure top-tier service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor staffing patterns for cost-effective service delivery. Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation. Deliver supplies or equipment to client homes as needed (mileage reimbursed). Participate in a rotating 24 / 7 on-call schedule. Provide urgent support with sound judgment and professionalism. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Service Supervisor to support our caregivers and ensure outstanding service for our clients. This role is essential in coordinating staffing supporting field employees and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate staffing needs and manage caregiver schedules.
- Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
- Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
- Monitor cost containment and ensure efficient case assignments.
- Provide coaching performance support and maintain a positive work environment.
- Offer 24 / 7 rotating on-call support to caregivers clients and families.
- Deliver supplies or equipment to client homes as needed (mileage reimbursed).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers clients and families.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills initiative and sound judgment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
