Flooring Helper

Jack Laurie Group - Indianapolis

Jack Laurie Group is looking for a motivated Flooring Helper to join our growing installation team! This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities to learn new skills, grow your career, and work alongside experienced flooring professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Office : 7998 Georgetown Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46268

What You'll Do :

  • Assist flooring installers with demolition, preparation, layout, installation, and finishing work
  • Handle materials such as carpet, vinyl, wood, epoxy, and tile
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
  • Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
  • Learn trade skills and installation techniques through hands-on training

What We're Looking For :

  • Reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn
  • Clean background check required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (job sites span across Indiana)
  • Ability to travel as needed for various projects
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
