THE OPPORTUNITY

Chipotle is expanding rapidly, opening a new restaurant every two days, and we're seeking dynamic leaders to join our team! As an Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurants, gaining valuable insights into how to successfully run a strong business, develop an inspiring team, and contribute to our growth. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Understanding of business operations (P&L management, food safety, staffing)
  • Ability to supervise safe and delicious food preparation while keeping a clean and organized restaurant
  • Passion for leadership and developing talent
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace

    • PAY TRANSPARENCY

    The estimated base pay range for this position is $20.40-$22.69, with potential eligibility for quarterly cash bonuses determined by performance and other criteria. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
