[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access. Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards and report findings according to site guidelines. Assist residents and guests with inquiries and provide directions or support as needed. Collaborate with property management and / or local authorities when incidents arise, maintaining clear and professional communication. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily duties. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver in Ormond Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence throughout the community. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication while embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity.
