This is an onsite position that requires the successful candidate to be bilingual (English/Korean).

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Business Manager to support our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) team leader in achieving financial goals across various aspects of the business. In this role, you will assist upper management in developing comprehensive business plans and strategies for each DTC sales category, including Parts and Accessories (P&A) and LG Premium Care, an extended service plan (ESP). To optimize sales and profit performance, the Manager will propose solutions to ongoing issues and recommend activities for improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive alignment in financial planning across all sales channels, ensuring high accuracy in forecasts.
• Prepare and create regular reports on KPIs and key initiatives for presentation.
• Seek out data and provide business and market insights.
• Support in overseeing the entire value chain in DTC sales channels.
• Provide leadership support to team members by developing strong relationships across the organization, managing budgets, and assisting in project completion.
• Assist in planning pricing strategies.
• Offer objective viewpoints with an understanding of commercial and competitive information.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Relevant work experience in financial planning or strategy management functions, especially in consumer electronic goods or appliance industry or (2 years+ preferred)
• Market research skills
• Strong capability to drive multiple projects simultaneously with many other stakeholders.
• Excellent data-analysis skills - knowledge of statistics and quantitative data interpretation
• Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and positive attitude
• Interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive issues, ambiguous situations, and change in direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint
• Data-visualization S/W (plus): Power BI, Tableau, or Google Locker Studio
• Experience in ERP system; SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence
• Bilingual in Korean and English
