Location : Chicago IL(Onsite)

Job Description :
- Associate should be a strong in Mainframe development with 10 years of experience.
- Associate should have experience in JCL COBOL VSAM and DB2.
- Associate should have good knowledge in the Unix scripting.
- Good knowledge in Agile.
- Good Knowledge in Card Domain (Issuing end)
- Good knowledge in Unix Scripting
- Aware of end-to-end Card lifecycle.
- Good knowledge in Cards Domain
- Provide support for fixing defects during the testing cycle
- Managing the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
- Providing technical solutions performing code reviews enforcing coding standards and ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to mainframe applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing technical solutions
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions
- Identifying opportunities to improve the software development process and team productivity
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation including functional and technical specifications
- Working with other teams such as business analysts and QA to deliver successful projects
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks
- Providing guidance and support to other team members
- Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Optimizing mainframe systems for performance and efficiency
- Providing support for testing efforts including defect resolution
- Participating in release management activities
- Understanding the business needs and how mainframe applications support those needs
