Why We Have This Role

This Product Operations team member, will play a critical role to run, govern, and continuously optimize the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) at Qualtrics. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and execution—ensuring every stage, from Discovery to Maturation is efficient, predictable, and high-quality. As the primary champion for operational excellence, you will eliminate friction, facilitate strategic decision-making and transparency, and empower our product teams to deliver world-class innovation at speed.

How You'll Find Success

  • You have a high degree of curiosity and self-motivation and are a skilled generalist with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • You can apply flexible methodologies to drive improvement efforts with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You can collaborate with others to foster a culture of openness and innovation and have a strong ability to influence without direct authority.
  • You have a passion for the Product Development Life Cycle and can bring past experience effectively managing stakeholders through the lifecycle to Qualtrics.
  • You foster accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise to ensure the process is achieving the desired business outcomes.
  • You are passionate about helping teams execute effectively against the company strategy, bringing insights to support data-driven decision-making and best practices for gate-management to ensure our best ideas become successful launches.
  • You measure success by successful launches with strong cross-functional collaboration.

How You'll Grow

  • You will gain breadth of exposure and knowledge across many functions in a large Product, UX, and Engineering organization and across the enterprise.
  • You'll partner with the Transformation Team to build and enable a new Product Development Life Cycle designed to drive operational and product excellence.
  • You'll become the thought leader and standard-bearer for how Qualtrics builds and delivers products, working directly with senior leadership across product, engineering, and go-to-market organizations.
  • Things You'll Do

  • Roadmap & Prioritization : Support Product Leaders by maintaining a comprehensive prioritized product roadmap. Provide executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, in-quarter capacity health, and key delivery milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration : Lead regular syncs and planning sessions across departments to manage interdependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure all teams and key launch organizations are moving in sync.
  • Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify risks in the development cycle, such as scope creep, technical debt, resource gaps, or readiness of key launch organization. Partner with teams to develop mitigation strategies before they impact the launch date.
  • Ongoing Process Optimization & Metrics : Utilize process mining and quantitative data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and variation in the PDLC; lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance flow, speed, and quality.
  • What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of work experience in business operations, program management, process improvement OR equivalent experience, including;
