Our innovation team is at the forefront of integrating advanced technologies to transform user experiences. We are seeking a Senior Technology Innovator with deep expertise in LangChain, Generative AI, and rapid prototyping to lead our technological initiatives and drive groundbreaking developments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and application of LangChain and Generative AI technologies in developing new products and services.
• Spearhead rapid prototyping efforts to quickly test and iterate on new use cases for AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to ensure that technological innovations enhance user experiences.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields to continuously improve and innovate our technology stack.
• Mentor team members in best practices for AI development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain code, primarily using Python and JavaScript, to implement AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations to connect various technologies and enhance the functionality of our products.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, with a deep understanding of Generative AI and LangChain.
• Proven track record in rapid prototyping and bringing AI-based products from concept to market.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with practical experience in coding and software development.
• Strong understanding of API design and integration, ensuring smooth interoperability between systems.
• Strong technical leadership and the ability to drive projects with autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Superior communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience with software development practices and frameworks conducive to fast-paced development environments.
• Previous leadership role in a technology-driven project or team.
