As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality at Everhome Suites Glendale Arizona, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and managing hotel maintenance.
• Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
• Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel.
• Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance and engineering team.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address complex technical issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Capacity to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance technician role is required.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
